The Volunteer Angel Program at Bridgton Hospital

Bridgton Hospital is committed to excellence in patient care and customer service in all of it's endeavors, including it's Volunteer Angel program. Volunteer Angels provide supplemental services in the hospital. They do not replace employees but work closely with them and under their direction. Like a paid job, however, Volunteer Angel service is based upon commitment. Generally, Volunteer Angels are asked to provide a minimum of four hours of service each week.

As a Volunteer Angel, you are on of the hospitals most important representatives. Your courteous manner should extend to everyone - hospital personnel, physicians, fellow Volunteer Angels and especially patients and visitors.

The Director of Volunteer Angel Services is available to discuss your assignments, schedule or any other concerns relating to your service. Comments, suggestions and constructive criticisms are welcomed. Your-input is valuable and will help us to grow.

For further information about this special program e-mail the Director, Pam Smith or call her at 207-647-6055.
